Bio: Starry was born in a simple family quite poor near Canterlot. She always has the passion for design, and even if her parents preferred other jobs for her, she has decided to follow her dreams, and now she's one of the most famous gala dresses designer in Canterlot.
She obtained her cutiemark doing the "fairy godmother" for a friend who hasn't got a dress for a ball.

Personality: She's really strange. I mean, for the hight Canterlot society. She's not sassy or superlicious, but solar and quite extravagant, and really optimistic. She LOVES doing charity, at least once every six month she goes in schools and do dresses lesson and she likes to hire always new ponies with new fashion ideas, especially when they don't have so much experience as stylist.
